How we handle your details
Biznistan (“we”, “us”) is business management software being built in Pakistan for manufacturers and multi-channel sellers. This policy covers the website biznistan.pk and the early access list on it. It explains what we collect, why, who helps us store it, and how you can ask us to change or delete it.
Biznistan has not launched yet. When it does, its customers will get a separate policy that covers the data they keep in the software.
What we collect
When you join the early access list, we collect what you type into the form:
- your name and mobile (WhatsApp) number
- your business name and city, if you give them
- what you sell, roughly how many orders you get a day, and where you sell
We also save the date and time you signed up and the address of the page you used.
We never ask for passwords, card or bank details, or your CNIC on this website.
Like every website, our hosting provider handles technical details such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the page and protect it from attacks. The page also loads its fonts from Google, so Google receives your IP address when you open it. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may set a cookie that is strictly needed to keep the site secure.
How we use it
- To tell you when Biznistan opens and about early access, by WhatsApp, phone call or email.
- To understand what kinds of businesses are interested, so we build the features they need first.
- To prepare your setup if you decide to use Biznistan.
We do not sell or rent your details. We do not share them with other businesses for their own marketing.
Who helps us
A few service providers store or carry your details for us. Each one uses them only to provide its service to us:
- Supabase stores the early access list in a database on servers in Mumbai, India.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and protects it from attacks.
- Google supplies the fonts this website uses.
- WhatsApp (Meta) carries our messages when we contact you there.
Because of this, your details may be stored or processed outside Pakistan.
How long we keep it
We keep your sign-up until Biznistan launches and for up to 12 months after that, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. If you become a customer, your details then fall under the customer policy.
How we protect it
This website sends your details over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. The website itself can only add new sign-ups. It cannot read, change or delete the list. Only the Biznistan team can see the list.
Your choices
- Ask us what details we hold about you, and correct anything that is wrong.
- Ask us to delete your details.
- Tell us to stop messaging you at any time. Reply “STOP” on WhatsApp or email us.
To do any of these, email hello@biznistan.pk. We will reply within 30 days.
Children
This website and the early access list are for businesses. Please do not sign up if you are under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
